4 Introduction Dutch-Bangla Bank started operation is Bangladesh's first joint venture bank. DBBL is a Bangladeshi-European private joint venture scheduled commercial bank, incorporated in Bangladesh in the year This public limited bank commenced its formal operation from June 3, DBBL also operates the nation's largest ATM fleet and in the process drastically cut consumer costs and fees by 80%. Dutch-Bangla Bank stock set the record for the highest share price in the Dhaka Stock Exchange in 2008.

Broad Objective: The first and foremost objectives of DBBL Bank believes in its uncompromising commitment is to fulfill its customer needs and satisfaction and to become their first choice in banking. Taking cue from its pool esteemed clientele, Dutch-Bangla Bank intends to pave the way for a new era in banking that upholds and epitomizes its vaunted marques "Your Trusted Partner". b. Specific objectives: Find out the financial services provided by Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited. Identify the customer of Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited. To identify the attitude of the customers toward the general banking services provided by Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd. To identify the attitude of the customers toward the profit on financing of Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited. Find out the problem customer are commonly facing at present.

16 Recommendation As most of the respondents have identifies that, to provide a particular service is consuming more time, which is not expected on modern Banking system. So we should like to recommend that DBBL bank Ltd. should provide the efficient services for their important customers. Staffs are the most important resourced for effective Banking activities. So they should more and more promote to provide qualitative services for their present and future customers of their Banks’.

17 Conclusion Most of the individual customers’ attitude is constructive toward the services of DBBL bank Limited. On the other hand most of the customers are completely satisfied on the services of this Bank. Customers mention that although interest rate of DBBL bank Limited is not higher than other banks but different changes and commissions are less then others Banks. In respect of quick and efficient Services fromDBBL, client are not entirely dissatisfied, even through it was a reliable bank to its most of the clients.
