What to Change? 1.Improvement of feedback mechanism/communication on the M & E reports submitted by the PMO to DA- SPCMAD. 2.Information sharing among other stakeholders in the form of website.

REASONS FOR CHANGE WHY?HOW?TIMEFRAME 1. We lack of feedback provision to report submitted by PMO. 1. Conduct meeting with key staff in our office. 2. Conduct of regular M&E meeting among M&E officers of different projects to motivate them in the preparation of other reports and to stimulate learning experience among M&E officers. 3. Conduct of regular field validation to interact among key stakeholders. April 2006 after the submission of the first quarter report. On feedback mechanism:
