Utilize survey results from 2007 Fire and Life Safety Education in U.S. Fire Departments: Results of a National Survey to examine FLSE efforts, Examine differences in conducting FLSE by department type (career, combination, volunteer), Examine the prevalence of model programs in fire departments and barriers and facilitators impact on adoption of model programs.

Training: Providing specialized training to personnel who regularly conduct FLSE. Evaluation: Rigorously evaluating existing FLSE programs. Partnerships: Working with community, state or national partners to implement FLSE programs. Global Concepts Studies
