Objectives To consider what is different this year To practice doing something different To link the appraisal process to the Engage project

Coaching Session Performance Appraisal – How we do it. In pairs, 10 minutes each. Choose one appraisal that you may have concerns about. Coach the other person to deliver the feedback that they want to give. Start a personal development plan for the individual Practice giving the feedback to the coach. (Hear yourself saying it)
