The Change of Empire Chapter 3: Lesson 1

What traces remain of the British Empire in present-day Quebec? Why do some places in Quebec have French names, while others have English names? What Quebec institutions can be traced back to the French regime or to the British regime?

In context: What effects of the British Conquest remain in Quebec today?
