Beside that there are (84) centre and units of research in the ministry of Higher Education and about (25) centre in other ministries such as science and technology ,Health and others. We attend the workshop of ISC in Dec We attend the workshop of ISC in Dec. 2008 in Tehran for two days , and we thing how can applicant the phenomena of ISC on the Iraqi Journals and assessment of it with local system and of course depends on the ideas of ISC. After one Year, the team of our Directory (researchers and I.T. ) designed the simple system and put it on the server as (web) for Iraqi journals and will Insha'Allah work at 15th of Nov. 2010.

3: خلال البحث المتقدم والذي هو عبارة عن اختيار مجموعة معايير مثل كلمة في عنوان البحث وكلمة اخرى في الخلاصة او اسم المؤلف او الجامعة وهكذا

Suggestions to ISC 1. Make the workshop for focal persons only in ISC to training for How to use the ISC Web How to sent their journal and the limitations of it. The impact and index factor and other citation index, and ranking 2. Gave the focal point or the countries that send their journals , the user name and password to use the system especially that cooperate with ISC. Make the special data base for Islamic countries like the EBESCO or others data base.
