 Roy sees barefoot running boy  Curly calls Officer Delinko because his construction site has been vandalized  Mullet Fingers is trying to save the owls from being buried by the construction of a Mother Paula’s Pancake House

 Mother Paula’s Pancake house Corporation is wanting to build a new restaurant on an Endangered owls nesting ground.  Roy and Mullet Fingers try to stop the destruction of the habitat.  Man Vs Man

 The press conference for the groundbreaking of Mother Paula’s newest store in Coconut Cove.  Roy tries to show pictures of the baby owls but they did not turn out.  Mullet Fingers buries himself up to his neck and threatens the crowd with a bucket of water moccasins.  Then the crowd hears the hoot of the baby owl.

 “Mother Paula” declares that she would never hurt little birds and that the company would build somewhere else. The company would donate the land as a bird sanctuary.  They found the missing environmental impact statement reports in a councilman’s golf bag and he was arrested.  Roy’s parents were very proud of him

 Environmental responsibility is up to everyone doing their part.
