Ray Sanchez 2013 Outstanding EX – The Start of Greatness Mr. Sanchez was A Sports Writer for the El Paso Herald Post from 1950 to 1990 High School Editor, Golf Editor, Racing Editor, Bowling Editor this made him the first Hispanic Sports Editor in El Paso After retiring from the Post he wrote a column for the El Paso Times and still writes today for the El Paso, Inc.
