Designed by Doctors and Bankers… Real payment solutions for every patient! (800)

Thank you for considering Compass Payment Solutions ! This presentation was designed to offer a short overview describing… 1) How Compass Payment Solutions was developed. 2) Why we work as a patient financing management company. 3) The Two Credit Levels of Patient Financing Programs we make available. 4) How your Practice can get enrolled.

How Compass Payment Solutions was Developed… Frustrated by a lack of patient financing options and lender fees at their Practice… A group of Doctors called in a group of Medical Financing Professional to see if they could work together to figure out some programs to get more people approved for a payment plan. The programs they designed included their current “prime” lender at the time. The introduction of two “sub-prime” lenders. And the development of an “in-house” billing program for every patient who could not get approved at the other two levels. After just four months of implementing the programs, they were seeing their year over year monthly gross income more than double. For example; In their fourth month working together, the gross sales of the Practice were $272,000. The same month a year before, the sales were $108,000. What a difference! Realizing that most Health Care Professionals struggle with the same Patient Financing obstacles, they put together a business plan and Compass Practice Management, LLC (Compass Payment Solutions) was launched.

Why We Operate as a Patient Financing Management Company! The Founders of Compass realized that offering patient financing in a tough economy is not easy! But to many practices, it is critical to the success of the business. They also realized the routine of having some one in the office with very little banking and/or finance experience handle it, could no longer work! Compass was formed as the first Practice Management Company specifically for the management of patient financing. We choose this path in order to provide Health Care Providers a non-bias “back office” to rely on for everything to do with a Health Care Provider’s patient financing needs. What do we mean by non-bias? Compass is not compensated by any lender, finance company or the patient/applicant. As such, our only concern is the “bottom line” of each Provider that enrolls to use our service. Getting a payment plan for every person who applies regardless of the rate, term, fees, or lender making the offer, is our only goal! If you contract with Compass… It is like you hired an entire financing department fully staffed banking and financing professionals. They would always be working with your best interest in mind. Finally; They would only expect to be paid if they did the job! Imagine that!

Compass Offers Payment Plans at Every Credit Level! Prime Lender Programs: Applicant’s who have credit scores of 660+: Compass has several options for people who have excellent credit! They will get terms to 84 months and start rates from 0% for 12 months! The lender fee to your office at the prime level is only 3.5%! Sub-Prime Lender Programs: Applicant’s with credit scores of 580+: Compass is working with four (4) Lenders who target “sub-prime Borrower’s”. We can get approvals for Applicant’s with credit scores as low as 580! The lender fee on our sub-prime programs will never be more than 15% charged to your office!

Compass Makes Enrollment Easy! No sign up fees! No monthly fees! No long term contracts! At Compass, we make the enrollment process as easy as filling out some basic information and providing just a little supporting documentation. Here’s what is required… Compass Provider Agreement: This document outlines the services we offer and the management fee you will be charged if we perform. This form also collects the information we will need to get your practice enrolled with some of our lenders. Copy of your Medical and Business Licenses. Copy of a voided check. This is to make sure we have the correct banking information so that the lenders can deposit money right into your account.
