User feedback By Mrs Khor Q:How do you think our product is user-friendly (or not) to you? A:The simple mechanism in this lock makes unlocking and locking fast & efficient, this not only reduces the locking time, it also makes it safe for the whole family! However, I’m also concerned that the lock is too simple, kids nowadays are pretty smart, they might know how to unlock it one way or another. Q:To what extend is our product beneficial to you? A:By having a lock over the gas stove, not only it is child proof, it also avoid accidents whereby I accidentally switched on the gas stove. As you know kids love to explore new things, and fidget around, I’m sure with this product, it is less likely for the kids to play with it. Q:How would you rate our product? A:I would give it a 7. As I’ve said earlier, this lock might be too easy for kids to figure it out, they might see it as something to play with.

User feedback By Mrs zhang Q:How do you think our product is user-friendly (or not) to you? A:I think this product is user-friendly to a certain extent. For example, many parents could use this product. However, many disabled parents might not be able to use it. Q:To what extend is our product beneficial to you? A:I think I will give it a 9/10 as there might be room for improvement. Q:How would you rate our product? A: This product allows many parents who could not afford to keep a close watch on the child feel safer as the child would face one less danger.
