Activity Instructions 1.Divide into groups of 8 (a facilitator is assigned to each group) 2.Break into groups and assign a scribe and spokesperson 3.Brainstorm ideas to improve the User Group Quarterly session using the ‘Continue, Stop, Start’ technique (20mins) 4.Regroup at 2:05pm room and spokesperson to spend 2-4mins to go through main ideas (20mins) 5.Suggestions will be consolidated and feedback provided back to the group
