Researching a Topic on Samlib.com : The Medical Library Gateway

Our Research Topic/Scenario I was told by a colleague that there are portable units and/or methods for clinically assessing a patient for Obstructive Sleep Apnea in their home outside the sleep lab setting. I know a little bit about Sleep Apnea but I need to have a stronger foundation. Then I want to see what the literature reports on these portable units. Where else can I look for information geared to the clinician while seeing what information there is for the layperson?
