Last Saturday was Ann’s birthday. Matthew wanted to celebrate with her.

He went to the cake shop because he wanted to buy a cake for Ann.

He saw a strawberry cake and a chocolate cake. The strawberry cake was cheaper but the chocolate cake was more delicious.

He wanted to pay for the chocolate cake but he couldn’t find his wallet. He was unhappy.

At last, his mum helped him to make a chocolate cake for Ann.

When Ann saw the cake, she felt happy. They had a great time.
