SWOT Analysis of DIY Cake Shop Strength 1.Our target market focus on college students, and we are all college students, so we can easily know more about the needs of them, and make our products and services satisfy their needs. 2.Compared with other competitors, the prices of our products are more complex with a great range from 40-100 yuan,and our cupcake can attract our customers to have a try. 3.We have some popular type of distribution such as WeChat, QQ and so on, those tools are widely used in young people ,so our shop can quickly access to their eyes.

SWOT Analysis of DIY Cake Shop Weakness 1.We are college students, so it will be high cost to operate because of the lack of experience in management and operation. 2.The cake shop is small, it is difficult to receive large number of consumers because of limited space and few service personnel. 3.The funds which can be used in the management are insufficient, so dealing with risks is difficult. 4.The shop didn't have enough equipment and we lack professional skills and knowledge. 5.Our cake shop may not be recognized by consumers at first for the lack of brand effect.

SWOT Analysis of DIY Cake Shop Opportunity Competition is not fierce, so we have larger development space. We have a fixed customer base near school. It is easy to advertise ourselves. It can makes our cake well-known, and attract more customers. Our DIY cake shop is fresh and special for our customers, so we can attract different kinds of consumers, and gradually increase our popularity.

Existing competitors of the market, as well as sneak competitors’ joining make the competition becomes more intense. 3. The risk of being replaced by other bakery advanced technologies. because of low-tech. 4.Risk from suppliers of raw materials.

Safety of raw materials and ingredients for the cake. 4 Price and service may can not meet the needs of our development.

To establish reasonable information feedback mechanism, grasps the latest market trends , timely adapt to market changes in business strategy .
