2/3/ How to fix a Pended Document When a filing is pended back, please correct the filing and resubmit. Select My Trial Court Filing under the Filing Options Tab on the main menu. Click on the Filing # to access the link to correct and resubmit the filing using the “EDIT” feature. This will ensure the original time stamp on your filing remains intact. For more information on this process, please review the Pending Queue guide on the Clerk’s website.
2/25/ How do I update E-Service information? To update E-Service information on your individual cases, go to the Account Tab and select Maintain My Cases. Find the case number you are updating on the list. Click on the Clerk Case # of the case you are updating.
2/25/ Updating E-Service Information From this screen, you may update other interested parties and/or remove yourself from the E-Service list for the case. Please note, this must be done on a case by case basis, and you must have E-Filed at least one document on the case through the E-File portal.
2/25/ How do I file an emergency document? You are able to notate if a filing is an emergency by checking the emergency box in the portal on the case information screen. This will signal the clerk that the filing must be processed immediately. All filings must meet the criteria for an emergency or be set for court within 72 hours in order to be processed. Any filing marked as an emergency that does not meet this criteria will be processed in the order received.
2/25/ Civil & Criminal Fees Civil and Criminal/Traffic Fees are available to be paid via the e-filing portal. Effective February 3, 2014, the following Criminal/ Traffic fees may be paid on the e-filing portal. D-6 fee - $23.00 Appeal Fee - $ Seal/Expunge Fee - $42.00
