INAC Inspectors Workshop- Dec 8-9, 2008 Management Plans Management plan- submitted to the Board for approval, but the plans can be delineated into jurisdictional mandates for enforcement- INAC, DFO, ENR etc. Plan approved by Board and Inspector?- examine the legal wording of bringing Inspector into the condition to allow for greater enforceability.
