3 Fundamental Principles of Direct Action Win real concrete improvements in people’s lives. Give people a sense of their own power. Alter the relations of power between people, the government and other institutions.

Six steps of direct action organizing 1.People identify a problem 2.People make the problem an issue (an issue is a specific solution to problem you choose to work on). 3.Develop strategy. 4.Bring people to face the decision maker. 5.The decision maker reacts to you. 6.Win, regroup, go on to next campaign.
