Hello! We would like you to visit our school. We prepared a brief ‘display’ of its building, rooms, employees and pupils.

Primary school and kindergarten in Pstrążna. Our elementary school- the (Kazimierz) Wielki School

Our school This is our school.It is a typical rural - small school. Our village, called Pstrążna,is situated near Rybnik (Silesia).

Our headteacher’s office This is our headmistress and her bureau. She works here.

Our secretary’s office In this room our secretary works. She is very helpful and we always can reckon on her good mood.

Our classroom And this is our classroom. We learn here. We are in our third year at primary school, and we would like to make friends with you. In this picture we are at full strength,i.e.: Kinga, Iza, Dorota, Julka, Radek, Marek, Szymon, Szymon and Norbert.

Our corridor We spend our breaks here.

The school hall This is our ‘common room’. When we haven’t got any lessons we can spend time with our teacher in this cosy room.

Our gymnasium In this gym we do exercises only, when it rains and in winter.

Our school playground In spring and autumn, when the weather is nice, we exercise outdoors.

Our museum Sometimes our classes take place in our small museum. Thanks to such lessons, we can learn about our ancestors, their life and pastimes.

Our library We often visit our library because we really like reading books.

The classroom where we have our IT lessons We come here to surf the Internet, to retrieve some information necessary to learn or just to play computer games.

Our teachers And these are our teachers, who help us to prepare writing materials thanks to which we are able to correspond.
