11. A school year We have three sections: the Romanian section, the Hungarian section, and Roma section. A very important thing that must be told about us: we have uniforms. The classes take 50 minutes. After each class, the students have a break for 10 minutes, and a lunch break which takes 20 minutes. Every school year has 2 semesters. After each of them, the students from the fifth grade to seventh grade have 2 exams, at mathematics and Romanian language. The students in the eighth grade have more than 2 exams. They give them to enter a high school. 12. Classes The kids start school at 6 years old, in class 0. This is a special kind of class. Here, kids have a special teacher who tells them interesting things. When they finish this class they go in the first class, where they learn the alphabet of Romanian language. They learn to count too. After 4 years, they're going in fifth grade. 13. Holidays School begins on September 15 and ends in June 15. During the year, we have more holidays. The longest which is preffered by us all, takes 3 months. So we can enjoy the beautiful summer days. The kids from the first class to fourth class have an extra holiday from 5 th to 12 th of November. In this time bigger classes go to school. All the students have a three weeks winter holiday, followed by a spring holiday in April, holiday which lasts one week. After these we have a special week when we have special activities than usual and we go on trips. School begins on September 15 and ends in June 15. During the year, we have more holidays. 14. Extra–school activities Our school has its own football, basketball, voleyball teams. They compete in sports contests. In our school, there are also a lot of talented students in drawing, music (piano, guitar, violin, vocals), photography and languages. 15. Proud to be pupils here Because of the amazing results “Liviu Rebreanu” School had, it is one if the most important schools in the city. We're very proud of it and we can just thank our parents for sending us here to learn, and to our teachers, because they made us what we are today.
