Part 2 “Sufficient”

God has given us “all things that pertain to life and godliness…” (2 Peter 1:3) Let those words sink deeply into your mind and consider the implications of that statement. God has provided to us ALL THINGS we need for this life, which means that we are not lacking anything necessary for this life. Have you found yourself “stuck?” God’s Word has the answers!

God’s Word Provides Everything We Need for this Life 16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, 2 Timothy 3:16 (ESV) Teaching – What is right Reproof – Where I’m wrong Correction – How to Get Right Instruction—How to Stay Right

God’s Word Provides Everything We Need for this Life as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts; knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. 2 Peter 1:3, 19-21

God’s Word is perfectly matched for the human condition Cuts to the heart of every man Hebrews 4:12-13, For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

God’s Word is perfectly matched for the human condition Cuts to the heart of every man Heals and Delivers the broken Psalm 107:19–20 (NKJV) 19 Then they cried out to the L ORD in their trouble, And He saved them out of their distresses. 20 He sent Hdelivered is word and healed them, And them from their destructions.
