Would you like to spend some time with this person? What would you ask him? If this magazine had existed in Bible times, Jesus might have made the cover. He was very popular. Not always popular for the right reasons. Sometimes people followed him for physical blessings, like food and healing. But Jesus tells them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.”

What happens to people who come to Jesus, the Bread of Life? “I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.” John 6:35 What happens to people who come to Jesus, the Bread of Life? Why did a crowd follow Jesus? John 6:1-2 (NIV 1984) Some time after this, Jesus crossed to the far shore of the Sea of Galilee (that is, the Sea of Tiberias), 2 and a great crowd of people followed him because they saw the miraculous signs he had performed on the sick.
