2 Overview Allstate Indemnity Company Currently has 1238 policyholders, represents 3.4% of our policies in Delaware, 4.8% of the households we insure Insures higher risk drivers due to history of accidents and/or moving violations or drivers without prior insurance Rate change pending: requested a 15% average premium increase, agreed with INS Consultants to reduce to 8.5%  Current Average 6 month premium: $830  Average proposed increase: $70  Last rate change: July 2008, decrease of 13.1%  Last premium increase: December 2002 If questions, contact your local Allstate Agency, 1(800) Allstate or Allstate.com
