INTERUV: Joint Programmes - facilitator for university internationalisation Project objectives:  To promote the idea of joint study programmes in the EU and third countries from the geographical regions neighbouring the EU;  To support internationalisation of HEIs;  To contribute to the capacity building of insititutions acting as EM NS and Tempus NTOs;

Target regions and countries:  EU plus third countries from the following neighbouring regions:  Eastern Neighbouring Area countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine  Western Balkans countries: Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia, FYROM  Central Asia countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan  Southern Neighbouring Area countries: Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, occupied territory of Palestine, Syria, Tunisia

Expected outcomes:  Analysis how joint programmes are placed in the higher education strategies plus an on-line questionnaire on joint programmes implemented by HEIs in the academic year 2012/2013 – in the selected EU countries;  Three regional conferences on internationalisation of HEIs and joint programmes issues: the integration of the curricula, the recognition of qualifications and diplomas, quality assurance, programme sustainability, promotion and marketing strategies and the management of the programme;  Three training seminars for EM NS and Tempus NTOs on higher education issues such as: QA, accreditation and recognition od degrees and joint degrees, key features of joint programmes in the context of new programme Erasmus for All  Dedicated webpage containing all information about the project and indication to the other project devoted to joint programmes issues
