Natural killer cell

Normal cells or natural killer cells are a type of cytotoxic lymphocyte that constitute a key component of the immune system congenital (inborn) when mammals. NK cells play an important role in utter rejection of tumors and cells infected by viruses.

Natural killer cell These cells release small cytoplasmic granules of proteins called perforin and granzyme caused the death of the target cell, the cell death process

NK Cells-Function The natural killer cells toxic to cells, containing cytoplasm protein granules as small as berforen and proteases. These proteins are known as granzim. At liberation parvran near the location of the target cell, constitutes parvran the Hqhob in the cytoplasm of the cell membrane of the target allowing granzim and related molecules to enter inside the cell

NK Cells-Function, and thus induce cell death process occurs. In immunology, a distinction must be made between cellular degeneration and cell death: liberated Elvirionat the cell upon dissolution infected with the virus, while cell death leads to the destruction of the virus internally

NK Cells-History and Discovery discovered natural killer cells at the beginning of the seventies, during the search was conducted to find out the ability premium enjoyed by T-lymphocytes in resolving the tumor cells compared to those cells that previously prevented. The researchers noted, through these experiences, what they they call natural Interactive, this means the ability of a specific population of cells to be resolved without tumor cells that these cells are sensitive advance toward tumor cells. Because of these discoveries were not compatible with the founding Alnozj At that time, many of these views were considered false in the first place..

NK Cells-History and Discovery In any event, has been investigating the effectiveness of "natural death" during the 1973 and widely different types and the existence of a separate and independent strains of cells that have this ability, and became effective natural killings characterized by some cells for granted. With the use of monoclonal antibodies, estimated to murder attributed to the natural range of large granular lymphocytes and today known as natural killer cells or natural killer cells.
