3 Human Peripheral Blood, Leukopak
A leukopak is an enriched leukapheresis product collected from normal peripheral blood. It is composed of a variety of blood cells including monocytes, lymphocytes, platelets, plasma, and red cells. A leukopak contains a higher concentration of cells as compared to standard venipuncture collection methods or buffy coat products. Product Name Cat. No. Product Format Size Human Peripheral Blood, Leukopak PBLP-F-1 Fresh 2.5 Billion WBC PBLP-F-2 4.5 Billion WBC

4 PBMC A mononuclear cell is any cell that has a single round nucleus; examples of a mononuclear cell are lymphocytes, monocytes, and dendritic cells. These cells are critical components of the immune system which are involved in both humoral and cell-mediated immunity. Product Name Cat. No. Product Format Size Human PBMC PB010F Fresh 10 million/vial PB002F 25 million/vial PB003F 100 million/vial PB050F 50 million/vial PB010C Cryopreserved PB025C PB100C PB050C

5 CD4+ helper T cells CD4+ helper T cells oversee the actions of the human immune system. They are involved in activating and directing other immune cells, specifically: (1) determining B cell antibody class switching, (2) the activation and growth of cytotoxic T cells, and (3) maximizing bactericidal activity of phagocytes (i.e. macrophages). Product Name Cat. No. Product Format Size CD4+ Helper T Cells, Positive selection PB04-P-3F Fresh 15 million/vial PB04-P-4F 25 million/vial CD4+ Helper T Cells, Negative selection PB04-N-3F PB04-N-4F PB04-P-3C Cryopreserved PB04-P-4C PB04-N-3C PB04-N-4C

6 CD3+ Pan T cells The CD3+ T cell possesses a complex of cell surface molecules that associates with the T-cell antigen receptor (TCR). CD3 functions in the cell surface expression of TCR and in the signaling transduction cascade that originates when a peptide:MHC ligand binds to the TCR. CD3 surface protein is made of invariant subchains belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. CD3 is found on the surfaces of T cells and of thymocytes. Mutant expression of the TCR can be found in Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID), and monoclonal antibodies to the CD3 marker have been demonstrated to be an effective way to control allografts by preventing T-cell activation. Product Name Cat. No. Product Format Size CD3+ Pan T Cells, Postive Selection PB03-P-2F Fresh 10 million/vial PB03-P-4F 25 million/vial CD3+ Pan T Cells, Negative Selection PB03-N-2F PB03-N-4F PB03-P-2C Cryopreserved PB03-P-4C PB03-N-2C PB03-N-4C

7 CD14+ Monocytes CD14+ monocytes are responsible for phagocytosis of foreign substances in the body and are capable of killing infected host cells via antibody-mediated cellular cytotoxicity. Under the right culture conditions, monocytes can differentiate into dendritic cells, Langerhans cells, or macrophages. Product Name Cat. No. Product Format Size CD14+ Monocytes, Postive Selection PB14-P-1F Fresh 5 million/vial PB14-P-2F 10 million/vial CD14+ Monocytes, Negative Selection PB14-N-1F PB14-N-2F PB14-P-1C Cryopreserved PB14-P-2C PB14-N-1C PB14-N-2C

8 CD19+ B Cells; Negative Selection
CD19 B cells play an essential role in the adaptive immune response. CD19+ B cells are responsible for the recognition and clearance of antigens in the system and, in the process, creating cells with the purpose of immunosurveillance. The wide range and sensitivity of the B cell to antigens lies in the process in which its receptor, the B cell receptor, develops. Product Name Cat. No. Product Format Size CD19+ B Cells; Negative Selection PB19-N-1F Fresh 5 million/vial PB19-N-2F 10 million/vial PB19-N-1C Cryopreserved PB19-N-2C

9 CD8+ Cytotoxic T Cells, Negative Selection
CD8+ cytotoxic T cells fulfill the role dual role of regulating and/or implementing the body’s immune response by eliminating intracellular pathogens such as viruses, and some bacteria and parasites. Upon recognition of an infected cell, the CD8+ T cell initiates apoptosis through the targeted release of effector proteins contained specialized lytic granules within the T cell. Product Name Cat. No. Product Format Size CD8+ Cytotoxic T Cells, Negative Selection PB08-N-1F Fresh 5 million/vial PB08-N-2F 10 million/vial PB08-N-1C Cryopreserved PB08-N-2C

10 CD56+ NK Cells, Negative Selection
Natural killer cells (NK cells) are cytotoxic members of the innate immune system. CD56 NK cells are a major component of the immune system. CD56+ NK cells play a key role in the rejection of tumors and cells infected by viruses; killing by releasing perforin and granzymes that cause the target cell to die by apoptosis. Product Name Cat. No. Product Format Size CD56+ NK Cells, Negative Selection PB56-N-1F Fresh 5 million/vial PB56-N-2F 10 million/vial PB56-N-1C Cryopreserved PB56-N-2C

11 Dendritic Cells Dendritic cells are highly specialized antigen-processing and antigen-presenting cells that are located in mucosal tissues, skin, and lymphoid tissues. They are also called accessory cells. Dendritic cells play a major role in the initiation of immune responses as they act as messengers between the innate and adaptive immune systems. The main function of dendritic cells is to process and present antigens on the cell surface of T cells. In addition, dendritic cells contribute to the maintenance of B cell function and recall responses. Product Name Cat. No. Product Format Size Dendritic Cells PBDC-1C Cryopreserved 1million/vial PBDC-2C 2million/vial PBDC-3C 5million/vial

12 BCMC Cord blood mononuclear cells are isolated by diluting the cord blood with balanced saline and using density gradient centrifugation techniques. Product Name Cat. No. Product Format Size Human CBMC CB025C Cryopreserved 25 million/vial CB050C 50 million/vial CB100C 100 million/vial

13 CD34+ Stem/Progenitor Cells
