Body systems used in soccer By Marshall Lockyer

Introduction  In soccer we use at least 4 systems and sometimes 5.  This presentation will tell you the systems you would  use in soccer and the benefits of soccer.  In soccer you use 4 and some times five they are:  The Skeletal, the muscular, the circulatory system, and the respiratory.  And sometimes the Endocrine.

Skeletal system  In soccer you use the skeletal system for one thing  And that is running or moving your body

The muscular system  In soccer you use the muscular system for a couple of system  Which is shielding the ball, shooting the ball, passing, and saving shots if you are the goalie.

The respiratory system  You use the respiratory system for one thing in  soccer  and that one thing is breathing  The more you run the more you breathe which you all know

The circulatory system  You use the circulatory for one thing  You use this to pump blood and you rely on this for all activities

Endocrine system  It is not often that your endocrine system kicks into hyper drive.  This only happens in big games or when you are nervous
