Things You Didn’t know about Soda Statistic: The average consumer drank 54.2 gallons of soda in 2002 (578 cans) Soft drinks do not have any nutritional value (in terms of vitamins and minerals). They have higher sugar content, higher acidity, and more additives such as preservatives and colorings.

Caffeine : A central nervous system stimulant Increases alertness Reduces fine motor coordination Causes insomnia, headaches, nervousness, and dizziness Can be lethal if 10g or more is taken in Takes about 6 hours for ½ caffeine to be eliminated from system
