costumes Figure skating is a sport in which can involve amazing costumes. They can have colour, glitter and all different patterns. Costumes are a vital part in the performance because they have the power to set the mood. It can be sad, energetic, fun etc.

Figure Skates Figure skates are an important part as it enables you to glide in the ice. Blade Toe picks The toe picks enable you to come to a halt gracefully.

Figure Skating Figure skating is a sport which can be performed solo, in a duo or groups. Figure skating is performed in an ice rink and the skater is to wear special skates known as figure skates and not ordinary ones. The performance can include spins, lifts, movement around the rink, leaps, jumps, death jumps(and/or spirals) and much, much more. The death spiral is required to have a pair of skaters with the males toe anchored in the ice. Holding his hand, the female circles her partner on a sharp edge with he body almost parallel with the ice. In 2011 there was a requirement introduced that the lady’s head must at some time in the skate have her head must reach the level of her skating knee for it to be counted.
