PARENTS TRAINERS PROJECT Training book for career counsellorsThe book “My child is choosing a career”. The bases of the book are the international experiences of counselors from different countries. It consists of practical exercises that may be used while working with parents. It is divided into two parts. In the first part the counselor is provided with useful tools (exercises). The second part allows the counselor to develop his or her own abilities. It may be treated as an element of self-study or an inspiration to share own experiences with the others. Publication which is a result of a project called “Parents as facilitators in choosing a vocational education for their children. The research done at the start of the project showed that in spite of different traditions in mutual relations between parents, pupils and job counsellors in EU countries
