PPP legal framework in place State Policy on PPP In 2009, the Parliament adopted the State Policy on PPP to promote private sector participation in all sectors of economy The Law on Concession In 2010, the Parliament approved the Concession Law which defines the PPP implementation. The Government has also approved several regulations regarding the detailed bidding process and evaluation of bid proposals PPP Project List In 2010, the Government approved the list of 121 concession projects , which was amended and reduced to 51. The revised list is finalized on 07 Sep 2013.
