o The Steeple (Bell Tower) has deteriorated and it must be repaired  Leaks have worsened  Ceilings & walls in choir loft  Electrical issues  Water dripping in pews  Church contents at risk  Church structure and interior are being compromised  Mold and insect damage may result June 5, 2011 Wall in choir loft

Herbert grant o Applied for $27,100 (maximum grant; half of project cost) o Approved for $18,428 Applied to Bishop’s Church Extension Fund o Not being considered in upcoming appeals o Recently received funds for elevator installation June 5, 2011
