In 2011, 100, 762 Montanans with Medicare received free preventive services like - Cancer screenings such as mammograms & colonoscopies. In the first 9 months of ,261 people in Montana with Medicare received free preventive services. The Prevention and Public Health Fund offers an investment in promoting wellness, preventing disease, and protecting against public health emergencies. New Health Exchanges: 2014 Starting in 2014, if your employer doesn’t offer insurance, you will be able to buy it directly in an Affordable Insurance Exchange.
