Many think that spiritual life is just another adjunct to one’s life and quite often one can even do without. The truth is that growth in spiritual life is for the sake of arriving at our goal in life. Consequently, a more immediate question is to know our ultimate purpose in life, which is to share in the glory of God. At first glance, this sounds so uninteresting. Yet in truth, we find our true selves only when we share the Trinitarian life of God which is that of abundant love, fecundity and dynamic life. This is what salvation and sanctification is all about. Jan 11: “JESUS DESCENDED INTO HELL..." WHO GOES TO HELL? FR. JOLLY DID!
