FAQ’s HOW WILL YOU EARN BY SIMPLY INVESTING YOUR MONEY? The good thing about this investment is that you will not need to work hard and stay up late at night to think about your sales and financial figures. You learn the business by just doing the numbers and re- investing to attain more income. Have you tried investing on food franchises like siomai, burger and the likes? Well, I have and all I can say is that, it was hell of an entrepreneurial experience. Aside from a burden of managing the sales of the business, you still have to risk a significant amount of money ranging from 50-150 thousand pesos. And when you’re not lucky enough, you will find yourself in the middle of a financial crisis just after few months. The main objective of this business venture is to create financial freedom to its investors and to minimize financial risk by means of conservative business approach. The company shall be guiding you in every step that you take towards your goal. Investment is not an overnight process. However we will assure that your small investment will propel your way to success. Investment is a risk however it is through taking risks that we succeed. HOW WILL I INVEST? WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS? There three primary investment options: The starter- Php 10,000 The intermediate- P 20, 000 The Tower Investment- P 30, 000

Harvest Period

The company has secured initially an area allotment from BFAR solely for the purpose of fish cage construction. Additional area allotment may be applied for should there be a need to expand the business for more investors. Experienced fish cage builders and contractors are hired to construct the said structures with 80% durability against typhoons and other natural calamities. MISSION STATEMENT UNITED AQUAFARM VENTURES aims to create a new trend of affordable and profit- generating business venture concentrating on aquaculture, marketing and wholesale distribution of fish products. This shall create financial freedom to investors and generate job opportunities to local fish farmers in the community.

STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES The main objective of the company is to establish a solid platform business venture by means of constructing 5-10 fish cages per month to boost business profitability for both the company and its investors.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES Initially the company shall focus on investment and construction of fish cages. Then it shall focus on marketing and product development. What ARE THE DISADVANTAGES? In every business venture, disadvantages cannot be disregarded because these things will either make us fall or make us better entrepreneurs. First, disadvantage is that, you have to find time to visit your cage. Second, during that visit, you have to spend P250 for the boat ride and gasoline, except the first visit which will be shouldered by the company. Third, you need to invest on the insurance for the fish cage on it’s second year. It will cost you about P 2000 per year payable in six months. Its either you the cage or take the risk. Without insurance, the company will not be held liable for any damages or losses may that be brought about by natural calamity or other type of adversities. Fourth, even though we are handling your cage, as an investor you should also inform us if you happen to hear any typhoon approaching the country. Although we have staffs to monitor that, it is also your obligation to take part in the prevention of any damages that these natural calamities may cause. HOW QUALIFIED ARE THE STAFFS WHO WILL CONSTRUCT THE FISH CAGES? We have two teams to initiate the construction of the fish cages. These teams are highly qualified and experienced for the job considering that they have been doing this for years already. They will use an advanced fish cage design to ensure quality. The cages will be pinned to the bottom of the lake so that it will be 80% typhoon proof. The top portion shall be covered with fine fishing nets so that fishes will not be able to escape in case of increase in the water level during typhoons and the likes. HOW LONG WILL I WAIT BEFORE I EARN? For this kind of business, you will wait for 3-4 months before harvesting. But we assure you that it’s worth the wait. Again investment is not an overnight process. CAN I REFER THIS BUSINESS TO MY FRIENDS? Of course you can. For every referral, you will get 5% from the total net income of the person referred. Say for example the total net income of the investor that you referred is P 25000 you will automatically get P1250. So if you are able to refer 10 investors, you will automatically get 5% of their total net profit. The amount will not be deducted from the investors but will solely be shouldered by the company. HOW BRIGHT IS MY FUTURE? Your future will depend on the decisions that you make today. It’s either you stay in your comfort zone or take the risk and succeed. True millionaires started as no ones. However they made a difference in their lives by making the right choices. Committing a mistake in business is normal but being afraid to commit such is cowardice. Investing in business is risky but it is the best way to make a bright future for you and your family. It is a matter of adding trust in yourself, subtracting fear, multiplying your investment and dividing your blessings to others. Just cross your fingers and pray. That is how you start your business! Good luck!
