HERNAN CORTES WAS FROM CUBA BUT CAME TO SPAIN AS A NOBLEMAN.

SPAIN SPONSORED HIM FOR HIS TRIP, HE LEFT IN 1521.

HIM AND HIS CREW SEARCHED FOR WEALTH AND ADVENTURE.

His claim for fame was that he was very wealthy and he sailed to Mexico.

He and his crew came to Aztec and stole the emperor prisoner.

HERNAN CORTES WAS BEATEN IN HIS WAR IN 1521.

True Fact: Hernan Cortes and his crew took so much gold they stuffed it in their pockets, but they had so much their ship started sinking!
