SCR Value Proposition as Viewed by: Corporate CEO System Is/Has: Functional Benefits: Emotional Benefits: 1. SCR Enterprise Sustainability SaaS Platform Powerful CSR tool kit, which no other Sustainability system offers. ‘I can see (in real time) my entire supply chain network with its surrounding milieu properties and risks.’ ‘For first time ever, I can really control the provenance – Where & How – our products are made.’ 2. SCR Customer Sustainability SaaS Platform Controlled capacity for offering Stakeholders real views into firms’ value chain. ‘By offering fact-based knowledge (captured via our SCR E-Service) – about Where & How we create our products – we have a novel platform for creating new kinds of valuable Relationships with our customers, investors, lenders, regulators, NGOs, all Stakeholders.’ September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.2 I) SCR B ENEFITS PER T YPE OF S TAKEHOLDER – THE C ORPORATE CEO –

September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.3 I-a) W HAT THE C ORPORATE CEO M IGHT E NVISION (top) My SCR Enterprise- system (somehow) captures information about how others view my firm’s operations. This means NETWORKS (of 3 rd parties). SCR’s technology breaks down our supply chains into segments. This means NETWORKS (of SC components). This information about my operations is provided to my customers, who connect to one another via social NETWORKS. It’s all about Networks. Exploiting networks can be hugely valuable!

SCR Value Proposition as Viewed by: VP of Operations System Is/Has: Functional Benefits: Emotional Benefits: 1. SCR Enterprise Sustainability SaaS Platform SCR (as CSR tool kit) offers ways to design firm’s operations to optimize information content of products. ‘I can avoid elements of our value chain that may/will lead to criticism of our ops-sustainability or transparency.’ ‘For first time ever, I can actually see where in our value chain we are, in effect, very likely using child labor.’ 2. SCR Customer Sustainability SaaS Platform Controlled capacity for offering Stakeholders real views into firms’ value chain. [Same as for CEO] ‘Where my CEO sees SCR Customer-facing Sustainability Platform opening new Relationship Channels with our customers and all other Stakeholders, I see the C-Service platform as indirect way to learn what our Regulators think about my operations’ transparency and sustainability – where I may be exposed.’ September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.4 II) SCR B ENEFITS PER T YPE OF S TAKEHOLDER – THE V ICE P RESIDENT, O PERATIONS –

September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.5 II-a) W HAT THE VP, O PERATIONS M IGHT E NVISION (top) My SCR Enterprise- system let’s me oversee all operations in far more dynamic ways by viewing the information-quality (of SCCs*) that gets baked into our products. By taking a NETWORK APPROACH to SCM*, I always know where in our system I am exposed to external threats (e.g. likelihood of sanctioned materials) – and losing my job!! This information-quality feature is not in supply chains! It’s in the SCCs* that comprise SCs*. A NETWORK APPROACH let’s me see the information where it really exists – in and around the SCC. * Some Terms SCM: Supply chain management SCC: Supply chain component SC: Supply chain It’s about Operations Networks – supply chains comprised of ‘components,’ which are where the hidden information (that I need) lies in many siloes

September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.6 III) SCR B ENEFITS PER T YPE OF S TAKEHOLDER – THE V ICE P RESIDENT, M ARKETING – SCR Value Proposition as Viewed by: VP of Marketing System Is/Has: Functional Benefits: Emotional Benefits: 1. SCR Enterprise Sustainability SaaS Platform SCR offers ways – in our New Relationship Era – to sustain meaningful relationships with our customers. ‘I can actually test (simulate) the cost- and-benefit effects of reconfiguring the knowledge (SCKn)* baked into our products.’ ‘I feel great offering products created solely in countries having high UN HDI* ratings.’ 2. SCR Customer Sustainability SaaS Platform C-Service platform enables Customers to express their S &T* interests and preferences to the firm. ‘My team uses the C-Service platform to learn how Customers feel about our products through learning what information (baked into our products) they like or don’t like. Where our Supply Chain team exploits the network structure of our physical systems to create Supply Chain Knowledge (SCKn)*, my team uses that SCKn to create/sustain Customer relationships.’ * Some Terms S & T: Sustainability and transparency SCKn: Supply chain knowledge HDI: UN’s human development index

September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.7 III-a) W HAT THE VP, M ARKETING M IGHT E NVISION (top) Our Operations teams now are creating products with high-quality S UPPLY C HAIN INTEGRITY baked into them. I want to get this rich, actionable knowledge to our Customers. It is in Marketing that the created SCKn (from Operations) ‘comes to life’ and is connected to our Customers. Where Ops uses NETWORKS to create SCKn, my SCR C-Service platform leverages HUMAN NETWORK (my Customers) to spread SCKn. It’s about Human Networks – my Customers and all Society gaining actionable insights about our Products

September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.8 IV) SCR B ENEFITS PER T YPE OF S TAKEHOLDER – S UPPLY C HAIN M ANAGERS – SCR Value Proposition as Viewed by: Supply Chain Managers System Is/Has: Functional Benefits: Emotional Benefits: 1. SCR Enterprise Sustainability SaaS Platform SCR offers ways for SCM pros to connect w/ players who will participate in creating & propagating new, valuable knowledge. ‘I can find high- quality SC partners who are SCR-registered – and, thus, willing to cooperate in creating SCKn.’ ‘I trust these guys; they’re vetted via the SCR Registry Service.’ 2. SCR Customer Sustainability SaaS Platform My SC partners not only participate in SCR’s E- Service. They also use the Customer Service. ‘My team uses the C-Service platform to learn how Customers feel about our products through learning what information (baked into our products) they like or don’t like – just like the Marketing folks use C-Service. We also benefit because our SC partners, themselves, use SCR’s Customer Service – and see what’s important.’ * Some Terms S & T: Sustainability and transparency SCKn: Supply chain knowledge HDI: UN’s human development index

September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.9 IV-a) W HAT S UPPLY C HAIN M ANAGERS M IGHT E NVISION (top) Our SCR Registry-Service offers SC Partners ability, first, to connect to our central registry and, then, to connect to one another: a digital NETWORK of all SC actors in my business. How can I motivate my supply chain (SC) Partners to cooperate with me so that I can truly Propagate ‘supply chain metrics’ through our SCs: back-to- front? Through our Partners’ NETWORK, together, we solve a form of the collective action problem – and create mutually useful Supply Chain Knowledge. It’s about Partner Networks – people and firms we can trust and connect to. ‘My husband says it’s about me not losing my job. He’s damn right!’

September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.10 V) SCR B ENEFITS PER T YPE OF S TAKEHOLDER – F IRM ’ S S UPPLY C HAIN P ARTNERS – SCR Value Proposition as Viewed by: Firm’s SC Partners System Is/Has: Functional Benefits: Emotional Benefits: 1. SCR Enterprise Sustainability SaaS Platform Capability for firm’s SC Partners to become registered (and, thus, vetted) with industry X’s SCR Registry Service. ‘Now that my transportation firm is SCR-registered, I can connect – NETWORK – with other such registered nodes.’ ‘My firm – and I, personally – are part of genuine S UPPLY C HAINS OF I NTEGRITY. I am proud of this!’ 2. SCR Customer Sustainability SaaS Platform C-Service platform enables SC Partners, just like Customers, to learn more about operational sustainability. ‘While my main engagement with SCR systems is via our industry’s SCR Enterprise-Service platform, I also learn a lot via the central Customer-facing platform. My family and friends all use the SCR C-Service to learn more about products they consider for purchase – about Where & How products are created.’ * Some Terms S & T: Sustainability and transparency SCKn: Supply chain knowledge HDI: UN’s human development index

September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.11 V-a) W HAT S UPPLY C HAIN P ARTNERS M IGHT E NVISION (top) The ‘middlemen’ in SC operations are very important to an SCR E-Service’s success. As part of the NETWORK, each middleman is crucial to propagating information – even without adding much new to the info- pool. Hey, I am just a middleman – with 8,550 trucks in 20 countries. I don’t have much information to add to X’s SCR system, but would like to join into it for my own benefit. There are two central facets of an SCR E- Service: i) PROPAGATE information; and ii) BIND the information to products. ‘Middlemen’ make the entire system work. ‘It’s about Partner Networks – where I’m the Partner. I learn so much about other SC partners who are indirectly connected to me, stuff I never knew or had a way of knowing.’

September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.12 VI) SCR B ENEFITS PER T YPE OF S TAKEHOLDER – C USTOMERS – SCR Value Proposition as Viewed by: Customers System Is/Has: Functional Benefits: Emotional Benefits: 1. SCR Enterprise Sustainability SaaS Platform Vis-à-vis a firm’s Customers, an SCR E-Service is ‘upstream of me, but I need to be a part of the system so I can push information downstream.’ ‘I am actually very important to the entire Sustainability & Transparency endeavor in my industry. I am at the real interface between the Upstream Team that creates my products and the Consumers who buy from me. I am an integral part of S UPPLY C HAINS OF I NTEGRITY.’ 2. SCR Customer Sustainability SaaS Platform As for all Stakeholders, the central SCR C-Service is a window into firms’ real Sustainability & Transparency. ‘I am very central to P ASSING O N THE I NFORMATION. I am the bridge between our SCR E-Service and the central SCR C-Service.’ * Some Terms S & T: Sustainability and transparency SCKn: Supply chain knowledge HDI: UN’s human development index ‘I do far more than just Propagate information. I pass on a great S TORY OF A P RODUCT ™, and I’m part of that great story!’

September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.13 VI-a) W HAT C USTOMERS M IGHT E NVISION (top) H EY, I GET IT ALREADY ! 1.Register with SCR. 2.P ROPAGATE good info. 3.Add more info if I want. 4.B IND the info – as SC Metrics – to MY PRODUCTS. 5.What’s not to like! Some of my wholesalers, from whom I purchase my products and goods, are not SCR- registered. Others are deeply involved with this new idea of S UPERVISED S UPPLY P ATHS. What should I do? I know my end-consumers want and value reliable knowledge about P RODUCTS ’ S USTAINABILITY & T RANSPARENCY. I want to be part of this! It’s about My Network – particularly the businesses upstream from me. There’s Info infused into the products I trade. I need to know that Info – because my own Customers and Consumers want it!

September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.14 VII) SCR B ENEFITS PER T YPE OF S TAKEHOLDER – E ND -C ONSUMERS – SCR Value Proposition as Viewed by: End- Consumers System Is/Has: Functional Benefits: Emotional Benefits: 1. SCR Enterprise Sustainability SaaS Platform Vis-à-vis Consumers, an SCR E-Service is ‘where food companies and others collect and store the SCKn that I want access to.’ ‘I don’t know how X’s SCR system works, but I know it’s based on NETWORKS within their industry. The benefits to me are that I know: there is a rigorous system being used in this (say, Foods) sector; that the information is good; and that I can really use this information in making my family’s purchase decisions.’ 2. SCR Customer Sustainability SaaS Platform As for all Stakeholders, the central SCR C-Service is a window into firms’ real Sustainability & Transparency. ‘ SCR’s central Customer-Service allows me to create my own ratings – and run these for products of interest to me, using real data about Sustainability.’ * Some Terms S & T: Sustainability and transparency SCKn: Supply chain knowledge HDI: UN’s human development index ‘I now know so much more about products I select for my family – about W HERE & H OW they are created. I feel more confident in my shopping.’

September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.15 VII-a) W HAT E ND -C ONSUMERS M IGHT E NVISION (top) Incredible! Look at this beautiful K NOWLEDGE V ISUALIZATION. I can learn so much more now – and really understand what I’m seeing via this great user interface. This is valuable to me, knowing more about W HERE & H OW stuff is really created. My husband’s company just joined into the X industry’s SCR sustainability service. I understand that this industry service provides sound, verifiable information about corporate Sustainability and Transparency. This W HERE & H OW knowledge is really the essence of both Sustainability and Transparency. Really novel and useful! It’s about My Family & My Social Network. I’m already wired with my own Social Graph. Now, I’ve really got some great new economic, social and health information to share – and to show better “who I am by what I’m doing.”

September 2014Copyright © SCR Technologies, Inc.16 E MPLOYEE : MARKETING “My company’s Metastory is about what we are DOING and what we are becoming. My job is to help our Customers better DO THEIR OWN Metastory. SCR-enabled SCKn helps me do exactly this. My entire family uses SCR’s Customer Sustainability SaaS platform to research features about X’s products – about Where & How they are created. I pass our interesting findings along to both our Supply Chain team and our Marketing folks.” E MPLOYEE : COMMUNICATIONS “We view our Products as a medium of expression for our Customers. Our Brands and Products are a language for Customers to live and do their own Metastories. SCR’s supply chain knowledge offers an EXPANSION OF YOUR LANGUAGE by helping you to do and express your own Story. The Where & How knowledge offered by SCR – this SCKn business – can reach every one of our Customers and other Stakeholders. Spreading this new kind of Product knowledge is powerful!” E MPLOYEE : BRAND MANAGER “I use SCKn as a M ETASTORY TOOL. This tool provides our EXECUTION RESULTS – OUR S TORY B EHIND THE M ETASTORY. “I now have a way to bake into my products valuable knowledge – which we can support and substantiate – about the Sustainability and Transparency of our actions and processes by which we create all our products.” E ND C ONSUMER : WORKING PARENT “What matters to me is this: W HAT DOES THIS P RODUCT MEAN ? W HAT DOES MY USE OF THIS P RODUCT MEAN ? “What is the S TORY OF THIS P RODUCT ? Is that part of M Y S TORY ? Who TOUCHED this product? Is there CHILD LABOR in it? Is their POVERTY in it? Is their POOR HEALTH in it? Is this product S USTAINABLE ?” I NVESTOR IN FIRM ’ S EQUITY SHARES “I want to know – with hard facts, related to the products this firm offers – HOW SUSTAINABLE & TRANSPARENT ARE THE OPERATIONS AND CONDUCT of this firm? Yes, this firm acts out its own Metastory – the sum total of its actions. But… “W HAT EXACTLY ARE THOSE ACTIONS, which are buried in the real processes – THE V ALUE C HAINS AND S UPPLY C HAINS – used by the firm? “How can Risk be reduced and Sustainability be improved? M Y ANALYSTS LEARN A LOT ABOUT THIS FIRM ’ S R ISKS AND S USTAINABILITY by exploring its SCKn available on the central Customer Sustainability SaaS platform. We won’t invest in a firm that’s not providing SCR-generated Supply Chain Knowledge.” L ENDERS & I NSURERS “My view is much the same as expressed by our Investor friends. However, in addition to looking at the kinds of Supply Chain Metrics (SC Metrics) that investors consider, we also focus on many specific risk metrics, for example: RISK RATINGS OF PARTICULAR FACTORIES AND PROCESS UNITS ; POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC RISK RATINGS OF SCC H OST E NTITIES *; 3 RD PARTY METRICS LIKE THE UN’s HDI*; etc. “Even when an industry’s (like the global Foods sector’s) SCR Enterprise Sustainability SaaS platform does not provide certain metrics I want, if we know the SCCs* and the SCC Host Entities* in a firm’s Supply Chains, WE CAN CREATE OUR OWN SC M ETRICS by ourselves, integrating 3 rd party indices available online. This is powerful!” * Some Terms SCC Host Entity: Country or other geo-space ‘hosting’ a Supply Chain Component (SCC) in a firm’s Supply Chain (SC) network SCKn: Supply chain knowledge HDI: UN’s human development index TI CPI: Transparency International’s Corruption Perceptions Index R EGULATORS, NGO S, I NITIATIVES R EGULATORS ( E. G. IMF): “SCKn allows me to ASSESS INTERMEDIATED FINANCIAL RISK inherent in these new, complex financial securities. This is invaluable! If we only had the SCR tool-kit earlier in the 2000s, all those ($ trillions of) mispriced CMOs and CDOs would not have imploded!! People lost track of the risk in those things. SCR can track risk in very complex environments.” NGO S ( E. G.
