Steps 1) Support and immobilize hand 2) Improves functions of the hand for example doing hand exercise 3) Reduces Fatigue in the hand 4) Minimize Pain 5) Increases Personal independence 6) Accelerates Healing

1) Your hand can’t heal itself so do plenty hand exercise 2) The symptoms of a broken hand are : A history of injury.injury Swelling. Bruising. Pain. Pain Misalignment of the fingernails. Weakness. Inability to grasp. Reduced range of motion of fingers.range of motion 3) There are bone Diseases that causes hand and wrist injuries
