LDT® - Lipo Dermo Therapy LDT Prestige LDT® - Lipo Dermo Therapy VACUUM & ULTRASOUND 1

LDT Prestige Two Integrated Techniques Ultrasound (Non-Focused) LDT Prestige Two Integrated Techniques Vacuum Therapy Non invasive Apply vacuum to the tissue Promotes microcirculation Removes fat clusters Lymphatic Drainage Body Countering Reduce Cellulite Reduce fat panicles Non Invasive Produce lysis of fat cells Improves lymphatic drainage Reduces cellulite Reduces circumference Body Countouring

HOW THE LDT WORKS 12

SKIN AFFECTED BY CELLULITE or FAT DEPOSITS ENLARGED LOBULES or Panicles “SQUEEZED” VESSELS COLLAGEN FIBERS FRACTURED DISTURBED BLOOD AND LYMPH CIRCULATION

HEALTHY SKIN No enlarged lobules Round diameter of blood and lymph vessels Collagen chains Normal blood and lymph circulation HEALTHY SKIN SKIN AFFECTED BY CELLULITE Enlarged lobules “Squeezed” blood & lymph vessels Collagen fragments Disturbed blood and lymph circulation

Cellulite ReductionTechniques Mechanical Techniques that can brake fat cell clusters Vacuum Therapy Massage Injections with lypophilic agents Techniques that reduce cellulite clusters by generating heat or increasing metabolism Ultrasound Radio Frequency Thermotherapy Always include a technique that improves lymphatic drainage Vacuumtherapy Presotherapy Manual massage

Vacuum Therapy Non invasive Vacuum application to the tissue Promotes microcirculation, removes fat and promotes lymphatic drainage Tissue relaxation One of the most effective non invasive technique for body countouring and cellulite Detoxification

WHAT CAUSES CELLULITE? BODIES REACTION TO TOXINS ACCUMULATION Toxin – center of lobule Vitamins Minerals Proteins Lipids Water BODIES REACTION TO TOXINS ACCUMULATION IN DERMIS ISOLATION BY MACROMOLECULES STRUCTURE OF ENLARGED HYPODERMIC LOBULE

CHANGE IN MATRIX pH CAUSES OF CELLULITE   Bodies defense against ACIDIC products/toxins.  Aim: To prevent a small molecule of toxin from being distributed throughout the entire body.  Action: The toxin is inactivated by bonding to vitamins and minerals.

LEADS TO: COLLAGEN FRAGMENTS DEFORMATION OF BLOOD AND LYMPH VESSEL DIAMETER DECREASED BLOOD AND LYMPH CIRCULATION

LDT VACUUM RESULTS Distension of the capillary endothelia Increase in body metabolism Increased blood and oxygen released into suffocated tissues Relaxation of connective tissue Lets the skin return to a normal appearance Increase the lymphatic drainage of toxins and lipids and undesirable products

LDT EFFECTS - VISIBLE RESHAPING OF SILHOUETTE (TONED AND SHAPED CURVES) REDUCTION OF EDEMA CELLULITE REDUCTION IMPROVEMENT IN SKIN QUALITY AND TEXTURE (CUTANEOUS RESURFACING AND SKIN REJUVENATION)

Vacuum Characteristics No consumables Deep massage that promotes lymphatic drainage Suction or vacuum can be controlled at any time Allows you to control the high and low pressure Allows you to save patient data Allows you to change every parameter within a treatment The motor is not located in the light weight applicator. No need for special clothes to be wear by the patient

What is Ultrasound? Acoustic vibrations that are obtained thru the vibration of plates . This vibration releases acoustic waves called Ultrasound waves. Ultrasound waves penetrate tissue and meet resistance losing energy on the way. This resistance is called attenuation. Higher the frequency of the wave, bigger the resistance or attenuation. This attenuation means heat.

Ultrasound More vibrations ( higher frequency) means more resistance or attenuation and more heat. More attenuation = less ultrasound penetration. The LDT at 28 KHZ penetrates into tissue more than1 or 3 MHZ due to lower frequency/attenuation. 28 KHZ helps generate deep internal heat. 1MHZ generates more superficial heat 3 MHZ very superficial heat

Units and Action Two simultaneous LDT actions – Vacuum and Ultrasound synergize to produce: Heat Micromassage.

LDT Uses Very Low Frequency Ultrasound to Dissolve fat In order to dissolve fat, there must be fluid in the tissue Vacuum opens tissue to bring more liquid into the area The vacuum helps the removal of the dissolved fat by stimulating lymphatic drainage As a result, we observe a circumference reduction and excellent results in cellulite treatment

Actions of Low Frequency Ultrasound Low frequency ultrasound waves create microbubbles with low internal pressure. The external cellular fluid pressure causes the microbubble to implode. This implosion generates a shock wave with enough energy to break the fragile fat cell membrane, but not enough energy to break the epithelial cell membrane. As a result triglycerides are released. Selective destruction of the fat cell

Break the fact cell membrane (adipocites) Triglycerides are release to the interstitial fluid Where does it go?????

What happened with the fat?

LDT Prestige: Lipo Dermo Therapy-Ultrasound Non Invasive No pain Reduction selective adipocyte Circumference reduction Increase lymphatic drainage Cellulite Detoxification
