 This is a form of conditioning combining resistance and high intensity aerobics.  It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance.  Each "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, another begins the first exercise again for another circuit. 

 We don’t have anything like this for children  We only see this in facilities for adults  These type of circuits are usually minutes per session  It’s a quick way to get off them unwanted pounds and stay fit

It’s a quick way to reduce the obesity rate and make a change in these children’s lives

 Setting up a circuit training program for obese children  This will be a place they can attend a few times a week with children who look similar to their shape and size, and get the proper workout needed to live a better lifestyle  This will pull them away from the sedentary routine and force them to become more active

 Beings that we already have a facility were going to create a fun upbeat place where parents can drop there kids off to get their exercise in  The thing is were going to trick kids into thinking this is just a fun activity to take part in  Little do they know there going to be getting in shape and shedding them pounds in order to prevent diseases

 I will develop a sequence that will keep the children intrigued and want come back  There will be all positivity in this room  I will be playing upbeat music on the Ipad that will cater to their age group  Each child will write down 1 song per class that they want to here for the next class in order to have them be involved

 Like I stated we already have the means to set this up; therefore we wont have to rent out a new facility  We already have a clientele beings that many adults attend here for adult circuit training classes; therefore we will spread the word and have them bring their children

 Children have become so used to the sedentary lifestyle and don’t have the “oomph” to get off the couch and away from them video games because they view exercise as boring  Children suffering from obesity don’t feel comfortable doing physical activities around the skinny popular kids because there scared of getting made fun of  This is where we step in and make it fun and a positive place to go This is what we want to put a stop to

 Each class to consist of 15 children who are around the same weight class  10 different stations for children to go to  Equipment  Highly qualified personal trainers who specialize with obese children

 1 jump rope  1 set of 2lb weights  Trampoline  Ski trainer machine  Deltoid press  Trapezium row  Ab machine  Mat  Squat machine  Kids Elliptical  Kids treadmill  Horizontal pectoral press  Exercise bike  Rowing machine  Moonwalker jr.

Trampoline $60.00 Weights $3.00 Jump rope $5.00 Ski Trainer $1, Deltoid Press $1, Trapezium Row $1, Ab machine $1, Exercise Mat $39 Squat Machine $1, Kids elliptical $2, Horizontal Pectoral Press $1, Kids exercise bike $1, Kids Rowing Machine $1, Moonwalker Jr. $ Total: $14,

iPad with ihome for music On the iPad we can download some free programs that indicate the benefits of exercising and children can take advantage of looking at these programs after their routine At the end of each workout they will be given time to look at this device Ipad 2 $ Ihome for listening to music $ Total: $528.00

$14,635.95

 Think of it this way if we hold 7 classes or more per day and have 7 classes per day that comes to about 105 kids per day  We can charge $50.00 per child which would be about $5, per day  Imagine once the word spreads the profit you can have in a knick of time  Also we can expand by franchising and opening up these facilities all around the US to tackle the obesity rate

 There will be 15 children per class  Each class will be 60 minutes long  It will start with a 3 minute warm up and stretch  Then each station will be 1 minute long  In between each station the children will have 20 seconds to transition to the next station  They will do the 15 circuits 2 time around  They will end with a 3 minute cool down  They will then sit in a circle where I will show the class things on the Ipad to help portray the importance of exercising

 This is an awesome way to have children interact with one another and build their social skills instead of sitting in front of the TV  It’s a great preventative program for children to help avoid diseases  It will help children not only feel good about attending the classes, but also feel good about themselves when they see their shedding some pounds
