Puget Sound Regional Council FY Budget & Work Program Overview

Funding Sources As the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and Regional Transportation Planning Organization (RTPO) for the region, the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) receives funding from a variety of state, federal and local sources including: Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Regional Transportation Planning Organization (RTPO) funds from Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Surface Transportation Program (STP) Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) United States Geological Survey - Light Detection and Ranging (USGS- LiDAR) Local Funds – Membership dues and Transit dues Puget Sound Regional Council
