When a nation puts all of its resources into a war effort How? Think PERSIAGM –What did Govs do? What did they become? Think Order/Rights spectrum What happened to politics in countries? What did it have to worry about socially? –What did Govs do with the economy? –What did it do here? 

Our definition we’ve used before? –The spreading of ideas to promote a cause or damage an opposing cause World War I will display more propaganda than ever before –What is the main reason it was done? What does it like to do to the enemy?  –Dehumanize it
