Presentation transcript:

Grace, mercy and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ be with you. And also with you. Loving Lord, Fill us with your life-giving presence, That we may praise you now with our lips And all the day long with our lives, Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Father, we love you, we worship and adore you Glorify your name in all the earth. Glorify your name, glorify your name, Jesus, we love you… Spirit, we love you…

Cast your burden upon the Lord: And he will sustain you. Create in us clean hearts, O God: And renew a right spirit with us. Cast us not away from your presence: And take not your Holy Spirit from us. Give us the joy of your saving help: And sustain us with your life-giving Spirit. Blessed be the Lord day by day: The God of our salvation, who bears our burdens.

O King enthroned on high, Filling the earth with your glory: Confession O King enthroned on high, Filling the earth with your glory: Holy is your name, Lord God almighty. In our sinfulness we cry to you To take our guilt away, And to cleanse our lips to speak your word, Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen We hear the words of God’s forgiveness

Prayer (collect for the sixteenth Sunday after Trinity) O Lord, we beseech you mercifully to hear the prayers of your people who call upon you; and grant that they may both perceive and know what things they ought to do, and also may have grace and power faithfully to fulfil them; through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord. Amen

‘Therefore let us encourage one another…’

Peace to you from God our Father who hears our cry. Peace from his Son Jesus Christ whose death brings healing. Peace from the Holy Spirit who gives us life and strength. The peace of the Lord be always with you. And also with you.
