Be positive with a joyfulness in Faith 1. Abraham’s faith based on a joy Why? - rose very early in the morning (v.2) - prepared the burnt offering with Isaac Keyword: Burnt offering & Issac

Be positive with a joyfulness in Faith Q. What does Isaac mean? - go to Gen. 21:1-6 (note verse 6) - Isaac means “He laughs” Q. What does the burnt offering mean? - Another meaning is “gift” Q. What does offering / sacrificing Isaac mean? - Giving a gift with a laugh to God

Be positive with a joyfulness in Faith Are you happy to be with God? Are you happy to give yourself including your time, your budget, your effort, and others to God in Faith? “Abraham’s faith was the positive faith”

Be powerful in Faith 1. faith changed a sacrifice to a provision a) took place at Moriah b) made up two Hebrew words; to see and God. c) Moriah means; to see God 2. To see God means to see God’s provision a) Lord will provide (v.8-14) b) the powerful faith makes the God’s provision.

Be powerful in Faith Q. Is your faith powerful in Faith? Q. Do you believe that your living place will be the place of God’s provision? Q. Do you believe that your ordinary life will be the life of God’s provision? Abraham’s powerful vision changed the ordinary region to the God’s provision

Be prepared by Faith 1. God sent his angel to Abraham (v.15) 2. Through his faith, Blessed in three areas: a) for personal - could be rich by God’s blessing b) for family - gave big impact on family’s blessing c) for whole nations - numerous descendents as stars in sky

Be prepared by Faith Q. Are you ready to get God’s blessing? Q. Are you ready to sacrifice your faith for the sake of God and expect God’s blessing?
