Babe Ruth: Baseball; Babe Ruth brought excited and new interest to baseball. He played with the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees, Baseball became the most popular sport of the 20’s. Henry Ford: Automobile; People were finally able to afford that new mode of transportation, Henry Fords’ invention of the assembly lines for mass production made automobiles cheaper and accessible to more people. This also created more jobs and caused transportation industries to grow. Charles Lindbergh: Airplane; Lindbergh became the first man to fly across the Atlantic Ocean, His flight created enormous interest in airplanes and air travel.

Americans began to open dance halls and new inventions such as the radio and automobile. Langston Hughes: Harlem Renaissance; African American artists and writers expressed their talents, He wrote books, poetry, and drama all combining experiences of African and American culture.
