 Fats fuel the body and help absorb some vitamins.  types  Unsaturated fats:. good for heart health  Saturated fats: too much can raise blood cholesterol  Trans fats: like saturated fats  Facts Vitamins A, D, E, and K can only be digested, absorbed, and transported via fats.  Examples: Meats, plant foods etc...

 builds and repairs tissues.  Different Kinds of Protein  complete (all amino acids)  Incomplete ( not all amino acids)  Examples: meats, nuts, cheese, fish etc...  Facts vegetarians get all their amino acids by eating protein-rich vegetables
