Preparation for the interview The best qualified candidate may not be the one who gets the job – the best prepared might Research the company/organisation beforehand Make your transport arrangements ahead of time Present yourself well – be well groomed and smartly dressed – take the ethos of the company into account Have a pen and notebook in the interview
