HMIS Participation As in previous years, each agency will need to indicate on the LOI whether or not your program participates in HMIS, and if not, specify a reason. This webinar is intended for HMIS participating agencies

HMIS Reports Due 11/15/12 – APR (last 2 years) – Universal Data Elements (report date 1/22/12 – 1/31/12) Due 11/27/12 (reporting period 7/1/2011 – 6/30/2012) – Universal Data Elements – Program Specific Data Elements – Data Timeliness – Bed Utilization The following reports will need to be run and attached for each program:

Report: APR Exhibit 1 requires that you attach the last 2 years APRs (Demo Report)
