 Currently in rural areas most of the schools are suffering from huge shortfall of teachers.  The educated urban teaching staff is not interested to go to villages.  If they cant go physically to teach in villages they can go virtually through Skype.

 Illiteracy rate is more in villages and teaching talent pool is also very less in villages.  But most of the population still lives in villages  School drop outs are more in villages due to lack of proper teaching staff (or no staff atal).  The urban teaching staff is unwilling to go to rural areas.

 The urban teaching staff can teach the schools in village through internet applications like skype, viber etc.

 1 projector/ class (can be shared for 2 shifts morning and afternoon)  1 computer  One non teaching staff who knows to switch on the computer (Very easily available)

 Projector  Computer (Basic version)  Non technical staff (Clerk) 5000/ month

 Less dropouts  Cost cutting (employing a teacher in rural area – salary, quarters, TA,DA, etc)  Teaching can outsourced to a private firm for cheaper rates.  The lecture can be recorded and played again and again.
