Course Objectives Complete all of the preparation work necessary for your senior project Next semester should be mostly, if not all about implementation Hardest part of this semester is choosing the right project (Not too big, not too small) Make it interesting to you

Deliverables Schedule is front-loaded with time to select a project Important to stay on track with the schedule; don’t get behind Prototype and test early (this semester) to reduce risk Review: Waterfall vs. Agile. Our schedule is oriented towards waterfall; try to make it more Agile-Like. Expect roadblocks; be flexible. (A -> B discussion)

Logistics Meet as a class for the first week or two. Meet with me individually each week for advice and to track progress It is your responsibility to schedule weekly meetings with me and be prepared to discuss progress Meet with both classes twice for presentations

Introductions and Project Ideas If you don’t have a project yet, brainstorm with the other students and professors What are you interested in? Fishing? Online Games? Soccer? Has your idea been done before? If so, think about how can you add features to make your idea unique
