What do you need to enjoy a long life? Our body lives and works through all the hard work the organs do to keep us alive. Whether we walk, talk, sleep, play or sit, our body constantly works hard to keep us in full health and fit. As long as we continue to take care of our body it will take care of us. Don’t smoke – If you do, stop now - If you don’t , never start. Through eating healthy food and keeping an active lifestyle our body will continue to work to its full potential allowing us to enjoy a long life.

How to avoid stomachache? It is better to see a doctor if one has a prolong stomachache. To avoid most stomachache problems, follow these tips: always wash your hands before and after eating; drink boiled water; if you are allergic towards certain food items, avoid eating them; do not over eat (не переедайте).

What do you need to enjoy a long life? to do morning exercises; to go in for sports; not to smoke; to eat healthy food; to spend more time outdoors; to keep an active lifestyle; not to over eat; to wash hands before and after eating.
